A flexible (spiral) screw FA is used for transporting grain, flour, legumes and other bulk and granular substances. Ideal for applications in confined spaces and difficult paths.

The spring conveyor can operate in both horizontal and vertical positions.
The outer hose material is transparent polyurethane (PU), reinforced with impact-resistant steel or copper wire. Operating temperature: from – 40°С to + 90°С (short-term up to +125°С) manufacturer Italy.

The flexible polyurethane hose is non-toxic and has a smooth inner surface. Due to the reinforcement of the metal (or PVC) spiral, it has increased elasticity, while at the same time maintaining very high flexibility. European quality control during manufacturing ensures high abrasion resistance. The PU sleeve is capable of antistatic discharge and is also resistant to mineral oils and chemicals.
The material is not subject to destruction under prolonged exposure to ultraviolet radiation.

The design features of the loading and unloading unit depend on the product being transported and the operating conditions of the Minehouse spiral conveyor. A self-selecting mesh or a small loading hopper can be used as a loading neck to vertically feed the product into the conveyor.

Because the flexible spiral screws are pulled, the discharge unit is accordingly connected to the drive platform. A three-phase (or single-phase at the Customer’s request) electric motor or gear motor is used as a drive for the screw conveyor.

Additionally, the screw conveyor can be equipped with a frequency converter to adjust the speed of rotation of the spiral, which will allow you to regulate productivity
